Kyle Martz serves as a Trustee on the school board and is deeply committed to the success of our students, staff, and community. A devoted husband and father, Kyle is married to his best friend, and together they are raising five children. With his children attending this school, he has a personal and heartfelt investment in ensuring it remains a place where every student feels supported, challenged, and valued. Kyle is a business owner and also works as a trainman for the railway. His professional experience reflects a strong work ethic, responsibility, and dedication — qualities he brings to his role on the school board. He understands the importance of leadership, accountability, and thoughtful decision-making that benefits both students and the broader community. Family is at the center of Kyle’s life, and that perspective guides his service. He believes in open communication, community involvement, and maintaining high standards that move the school forward. Kyle is committed to working collaboratively with fellow board members, administration, and staff to make our school the best school around — not just for his own children, but for every child who walks through its doors.

Foster Sensibaugh proudly serves as a Trustee on the school board and brings a lifetime of experience, dedication, and community commitment to his role. He is married and has grown children and many grandchildren, and he understands the lasting impact a strong school has not only on students, but on families and the entire community. Having raised his own family and now watching his grandchildren grow, Foster values the importance of education, strong character, and a supportive learning environment. His perspective as both a parent and grandparent gives him a long-term view of what helps schools thrive across generations. He believes schools play a vital role in shaping not only academic success, but responsible, hardworking, and community-minded individuals. Throughout his life, Foster has remained actively involved in the community and takes pride in supporting local families. He believes in maintaining high standards, encouraging positive school culture, and ensuring that students are given the tools they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Foster is committed to working collaboratively with fellow board members, administration, staff, and families to continue building a school that the community can be proud of. His goal is to help ensure that future generations — including his own grandchildren — have access to a safe, supportive, and high-quality education.

Nikki Phillips

Nikki Phillips is a registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in nursing serving women, children, and families in communities in Montana, and more than 10 years of leadership experience, ranging from senior leadership to frontline leadership roles. Nikki is passionate about improving access to care, strengthening community partnerships, and supporting programs that help children thrive. Currently, Nikki serves as Manager of a Women’s and Children’s Center in Great Falls, providing a wide range of services supporting maternal, pediatric, and family health. Throughout their career, Nikki has worked directly in women’s health, pediatrics, and specialty pediatric services, bringing a deep understanding of child development, family needs, and whole-person care. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Leadership and a Master of Public Administration and Public Policy and a graduate of the government relations program through Americas Essential Hospitals out of Washington D.C. Her background in public policy supports thoughtful, evidence-based decision-making in service to students and families. Nikki is married to her best friend of 16 years, Mike. Mike oversees financials for a team in a 340B company and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. infantry division. Together they have an 11-year-old son. Nikki is a native Montanan, has lived in Cascade County for 13 years and in the Ulm School District for 6 years. As a school board trustee, Nikki is committed to student safety, well-being, and is proud to serve families, educators, and the broader community with compassion, transparency, and dedication. Clint Young proudly serves as a Trustee on the school board and is deeply committed to the success of our students and community. He grew up in Stanford, Montana, and has called Ulm home for many years. Clint is married and has a daughter who attends this school, giving him a personal connection to the decisions and direction of the district. His role as both a parent and trustee motivates him to help ensure the school continues to provide a strong, supportive learning environment for all students. Clint works as a farrier and also as an outdoor outfitter. Through his work, he has built strong relationships within the community and developed a deep appreciation for hard work, responsibility, and service. His professional experiences have shaped his practical approach to leadership and decision-making. Family and community are central to Clint’s life. He enjoys spending time with his family camping, horseback riding, and taking advantage of the many outdoor opportunities Montana offers. He understands the importance of providing students with both strong academic foundations and meaningful life experiences. Clint is committed to maintaining high standards, supporting staff, and helping create a positive school culture where students feel valued and encouraged to succeed. He is proud to serve and dedicated to working collaboratively with fellow board members, administration, and families to ensure the continued success of our school.
